Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Officer (TO) to join the Twipes team and drive transformation in our company operations. This executive role focuses on driving operational excellence, digital innovation, cultural change, and business process optimization to enhance efficiency, growth, and long-term sustainability. 

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for architecting digital transformation in every aspect of the business, i.e. marketing, sales, and product distribution. The transformation officer collaborates with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving innovation. We are seeking someone capable of rigorously defining goals, solving everyday problems, role modeling new ways of working, measuring performance independently and objectively, and integrating new strategies effectively.

Wet wipes are a huge environmental issue. They don’t break down in water and consequently end up blocking sewers, affecting our aquatic biodiversity and releasing micro-plastics into our oceans.

Twipes are solving this issue and saving our oceans, one wipe at a time – with the world’s first truly flushable, and biodegradable wet wipes!
While traditional wet wipes take a minimum of 100 days to break down in water, Twipes break down in just three hours, meaning no more sewer blockages, no more wipes washing up on beaches and no more microplastics in our oceans!

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy to improve business performance, innovation, and customer experience.
  • Identify and implement digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement long-range goals and strategies related to customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes through automation tools, and work with the larger team to train and implement such processes.
  • Monitor our sales trends and improve touch points within the sales funnel by monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Spearhead the transformation of the distribution process, implementing automation and process improvements
  • Develop and manage budgets for transformation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
  • Help to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile decision-making within the team.
