Elizabeth Kotoulis, Chief Growth Officer
Contact: liz@twipes.com
Liz has been a part of the Twipes team since 2020 and has worn many different hats here in that time. She has a background in hospitality and healthcare, but her real passion is food. Her favorite thing to do outside of work is cook and try new recipes, and she loves making elaborate meals with my family when she’s back home in Florida. Since Twipes’ expansion to Buffalo, her favorite use for Twipes is wiping wing sauce off her fingers! Beyond that, Liz is a big history nerd and loves taking trips to historical towns and spending the day in museums. She’s also an expert nap-taker!
Adam Duke, Head of Communications and PR

Tabitha Raithel, Brand and Marketing Lead
Contact: tabitha@twipes.com
Tabitha is a HUGE foodie (pasta for the win) and also loves baking. She is currently working on perfecting her strawberry cheesecake macarons. Additionally, she loves all forms of content making — short- and long-form content (YouTube primarily), movies, TV — all of it. She admires the creative prowess of the people who are a part of making stories come to life, and hopes to be a part of that as well someday. Last, but certainly not least, Tabi is an avid NFL fan (who else other than the Buffalo Bills) and is awaiting the day that a Super Bowl parade will make it’s way down the streets of Buffalo, NY.
Cassidy Regan, Administrative Assistant
Contact: cassidy@twipes.com
Cassidy enjoys cooking vegan food, reading, taking care of her several plant children, and visiting new places when she can get away. She is currently attending graduate school for occupational therapy, and has been published in research involving the blind and visually impaired community. She is very enthusiastic about OT and one day helping people live their best quality of life. Cas has also been to 20% of all the national parks in the US, and plans to one day see them all. She is also a cat mom to two boys named Shrimp and Newt.
Ava Steiner, Graphic Designer
Ava loves trying all different mediums of art, including collaging, painting, crocheting, cross stitching, and digital art. She spends her free time having picnics with friends, trying to keep her plants alive and learning about cryptids like Bigfoot and Nessie. At school, she helps run clubs that teach people how to knit and crochet and learn basic metalworking skills. She also loves trying new recipes and new seasonal snacks from Trader Joe’s.
Elizabeth Dodman, Digital Marketing Associate
In her free time, Elizabeth loves to read, write, edit videos and spend time outside. She has written short stories and other creative pieces, as well as journalistic articles. At school, Elizabeth enjoys editing podcasts and singing with her friends in one of her school’s singing groups. She loves spending time with her family, friends and my two Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Bailey and Hanalei! She also enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures and meeting new people.
Madison Batiz, Market Research Intern
Madison is currently studying Statistics at the University at Buffalo. With her statistics background, she would like to get into data science one day. Some fun facts about Madison: she loves to paint in her free time, listen to various kinds of music, and watch one of her favorite TV shows right now: Abbott Elementary. She also loves to hang out with her friends and take a day out on the town whenever they get the chance. In her free time, she also likes to teach herself how to code. She also loves to travel because her mom has a house in California, and she loves to spend time with my family as much as possible.
Ari Klein, Sales Intern
In Ari’s free time, he loves going to the gym, playing Pokémon and reading. He also likes learning more about history and is part of the living history club at school, which does historical fencing — with and without knight armor — and historical crafts. He is also very involved with the Jewish community at school, and is student president of the UAlbany Chabad chapter, Shabbos House. He is very glad to be back in Buffalo this summer, so he can spend more time with his family.
Makayla Martin, Marketing Intern
